Sharpest pain, that anyone has ever felt.
& sometimes it feels like you felt it for eternity

Sift through piled sheets,
I do,
each one a poem of you.
Quiver did my pen shake
at the thought of you,
perhaps not more so
when pen touched page.
In these passed days,
all I could do was think of you.
Alas now I have run out of pages
to write down my thoughts
in which I dedicate to you.
My greatest fear,
now beckons me to you,
and perhaps now I should just speak to you.
Throw me the grenades of your love stories;
I will explode like a balloon inflated with infatuation,
into dozens of rubber pieces dull and flat, empathizing.(I told you I can’t wait for you, I can’t)
Your obnoxious oblivion slits my throat
but only raspy cries bleed; I smiled and told you
to…
I’m here. But where the hell are my people from? Where do our roots run?
I am a tree with broken branches. The history and continuation of this disconnect hurts.

These are all workouts I’ve been hoarding for a while that help tone your legs/thighs. Personally, my favorite way to get toned legs are through pilates. It’s no joke! Also, walking a lot helps a ton.

There’s nothing left here
For you to take. Nothing more
In this empty chest.
Cast a spell on me.
Make me forget
what it’s like to be in pain.
Remind me
that people can love
without restraint
and that not all live
within uncrossable boundaries.
Show me that I am cherished
and worthy of every minute
that you have to share
and that you would give anything
to prove it.
Make me ache to live
and to want for life.
Make me feel again.
Unbreak me.
